My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The location was convenient with easy access to services and shopping, but the room's distance from the main office made it a painful trek, especially with arthritis. The hot tub was not as hot as I expected, and the shower water only reached lukewarm. Despite paying more than on previous visits, the service was understanding and refunded our money without any hassle.

Additionally, the hot tub didn't get hot enough for my liking. On the positive side, the service was very nice and helpful, especially during breakfast. The location was perfect for our shopping experience, but the proximity to the railroad tracks was a downside. The dining experience was enjoyable with made-to-order delicious meals, although limited breakfast options. The facilities were clean and taken care of.
