My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The location was convenient with easy access to services and shopping, but the room's distance from the main office made it a painful trek, especially with arthritis. The hot tub was not as hot as I expected, and the shower water only reached lukewarm. Despite paying more than on previous visits, the service was understanding and refunded our money without any hassle.
